Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order has been placed.
Standard shipping time is 2-5 business days after order has been processed.

Once order has been accepted by postal carrier, we (Groovey World) are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, all claims must be made through postal carrier.

Returns are only accepted if the item(s) are damaged, defective, or different from the order which was placed. If item(s) are damaged, defective or different from the order placed you must notify us within 5 days of receiving. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and free of stains (makeup, deodorant, fluids.) We reserve the right to refuse any returns who do not meet the above terms.
